Founded in 2021 to unify business messaging
ALee Consulting LLC is a US company headquartered in South San Francisco, California. We started in 2021 with a simple frustration: customers were reaching businesses across a dozen apps, and teams were drowning in tabs, missed messages and disconnected tools.
So we built Convello — one calm workspace where every conversation from every channel lives in a single thread, with automation for the repetitive parts and a real person there the moment it matters. Today we help businesses and agencies around the world turn messaging into their most personal, most reliable channel.

We build Convello on top of the official Meta Graph API and the WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver messaging services to businesses and agencies — we do not operate, own or control those platforms, and Convello is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Because we sit between businesses and Meta's APIs, platform compliance and data protection are core to how we operate. We adhere to the Meta Platform Terms, request only the permissions a customer's use case requires, and use customer data solely to provide the service. Businesses keep control of their data, including export and deletion. You can read more in our security overview and privacy policy.
